The reason why Silent Hill 2 it became a classic is because eventually people began to see how unique, eerie, melancholic and authentic the game's atmosphere it really is, and took the time to enjoy its deeply thoughtful narrative and symbolism. To this day it’s by far one of, if not the most mature examination of grief, sexual trauma, suicide, and morality all combined. It’s an intelligent game that does not hold anyone’s hand and comes at the player with utmost confidence in itself. It’s fantastic stuff. The rest of the original 4 are great in their own right and have their own well written stories, but they don’t hold the same emotional weight to them. I think SH2’s maturity by comparison is something that a lot of people are drawn to. ☯️🤷🏻‍♂️✌️

So I need to say this for people who don’t understand. It’s not the town that is punishing James, Silent Hill is not sentient, James feels the need to punish HIMSELF. That is why he is seeing the stuff that he does in the game. I don’t know how people don’t get that.

im really looking forward to this game in large part for this specific reason. im a huge fan of the genre and im the kind of person whos always wanting to experiment and play around with different playstyles and weapons. most of the games make this kind of difficult without you fully starting a new character or completely committing to the new build before you've even really tried it. being able to swap builds at the drop of a hat to fit different situations in the beta was a lot of fun and i cant wait to see how the final game turns out

Never heard pf experimenting with builds being a issue before. IF you mean that you can very quickly switch builds then yes I agreed that this game does try something different and the demo was pretty cool. For me the souls like games that break the mold is adding a pause button but that's just me lol

This is the first time I've heard of build experimentation being a "big issue" in a souls game. You can go for an allrounder build in most souls games and use whatever weapon or magic you want. Honestly I didnt even find a real reason to swap masks in Enotria. Enotria has severe issues with how the enemy animations are done. It's hard to tell when bosses especially have finished an attack or are at attack 3 out of 5. The enemies also have the classic enormous range, speed and stagger damage over the player that many soulslike devs feel make souls games hard. Add to that weapons like great swords and colossal swords feeling pointless to use or too slow respectively. This makes for a very weird lopsided feel in combat. For example one of the maces in the demo does more damage than a colossal weapon at a fraction of the stamina and is also way faster. On top of that, they have made everything you do ultra slow in comparison to enemies.

what about knight weapons and royal guard weapons? the knight weapons act like a freggin' obliterator when you're on your last heart, and the royal guard weapons can cause massive damage when it's at its breaking point. you can basically have on in your weapon inventory and use it specifically on lynels when you're mounted on their backs.

I started NG+ ages ago, so I've had to start from the beginning....getting to Mohg was extremely easy and quick....I've got the Grace inside the castle for Radahn, but I've gotta get the party started. This is WAYYY more time consuming than Mohg/White Mask Varre. In fact I'm still not totally clear on what to do.... I thought you had to speak to Weaponsmith Iji or whatever he's called....so I've spoke to him; didn't do much.

Rafale is better than the Typhoon. Fast loading missiles allow you to launch a barrage at the enemy swapping missiles and react quicly to drones performing hi-G turns. Its Meteor long range loadout is unmatched since in AC7 most enemies can't dodge long range missiles because the AI focuses on shorts turns, inefficient against the only type of missile that adjusts its course in advance. Wyvern is not as versatile as F-22, at first glance you might think Wyvern is better due to its low speed stability with variable geometry and slightly better speed but it costs the maneuverability. F-22 is a better overall fighter-attacker and its DLC variant is even better for ground attacks.

Doing Varre's quick quest is definitely the "easiest" way, you don't need to go further than Liurnia. Also, if you are gonna title the video this as the "easiest way", I'd mention the easiest way to beat Mohg. You touched on this with the Crystal Tear, but I would have also mentioned that he is surprisingly vulnerable to bleed builds, with Star Fist being a notable weapon that does very well against him. You can also use Mohg's Shackle to stun him, though both these things are in Leyndell, but you don't need them and could use any other bleed weapon instead. Then you have Stalwart Horn Charm for bleed resistance (also in Liurnia) and Flamedrake Tailisman (in Limgrave). In the topic of "easiest way", I'd also mention that the spot right outside Mohg's boss fight in an infamously good grinding spot for levels, if people are struggling or want to be more DLC ready. Just some feedback.

I LOVED LA Noire i felt so immersed in that time period and also they didnt shy away from anything! :) sad to say but i dont think wed get a game like it today i struggle to immerse myself in most modern games due to DEI etc, theres the occasional Kingdom come Deliverance or Red Dead 2 though at least, i might give this a game a look though worth a try on plus

Ark is literally on of the most bugged and glitchy games with a horrible ui and absolutely ZERO information within the game on how ANYTHING works. Literally everything you want to do you have to look up, and even you probably wont be able to do it. Not to mention the developer is one of the most corrupt money hungry loser developers that have banned up to 100 players if they start to beat the devs on their own server

It's been almost 13 years since The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim came out. That to me is unacceptable. If it's a scope problem then slim down the scope. If they were waiting to start so they could work on other games? No. Work on it as soon as necessary in order to get another game out in the series within a decade for God's sake!
